Fuel trim codes, any rich running condition the mechanical condition should be check such as compression, low compression or mechanical condition should be ruled out. Fuel injection cleaning is a good , plugged injector which cannot atomize the fuel do set a rich fuel trim. By the indication of the sparkplugs you can norrow down to what cylinder may be setting the code condition
