2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer Engine Light Code P0740

Question

dtc p0740. changed ignition switch/module under steering wheel. drive one time. start up. cel comes on. dtc p0740. clear code. drive one time cycle. do all over again. trans seems to be shifting not slipping. fluid,screen been changed. no burnt smell. wiring issue??
