2004 Honda Civic with engine code P0600

I have a 2004 Honda Civic that came in with the error code P0600 (permanent DTC) scanner. What is the best thing to do here? and what are the steps to a possible fix?

With this code, I would start by checking the ECM relay and fuses for the ECM. The issue is either a bad ECM or the wiring to the ECM in most cases.
