P0132 -Town & country

Question

I've replaced the O2 sensor, twice, and replaced the intake manifold temperature sensor.
Replaced the wires and plugs and the gas cap.
The light will go out for a couple days and right back on.
I need to know what is causing this, and fadt, my plates are due next month!

P0132 -02 sensor circuit high voltage Bank 1 Sensor 1

Circuit high code, what causing this is a bad connection or a poor connection to a open connection.

 Here a example of a P0132, the connection here was broken you have a break leading to the 02 sensor either at or along the 02 sensor
