2002 Nissan Altima code p0300.

Question

Car just wouldn't start one day. Changed the plugs. Prior to not starting the car stopped and started for a short while. Fuel pump is humming when I turn the key. Is this an ignition problem?

Possible, fuel related, and there is is another possiblity it can be ignition related, the basic inspection needs to be perfromed, such as is there igntion, fuel pressure , fuel pressure has to be known beside the fuel pump being on.
