P0013 Code on my 2009 Chevrolet HHR 2.4L, what is a quick fix?

Check Engine light came on, so I had AutoZone run their diagnostics scanner on it. The scanner came back w/a P0013 code-Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid. Is this something fairly easy that I could repair/fix or change out, myself, at home, on a low income? or whatever needs to be done to keep it from suddenly breaking down on me. I do have some knowledge of working on vehicles, however, I know more about the older vehicles than what I do about the newer vehicles that are mostly digital & or more electrical. & I am on a very low fixed income & this is my only vehicle & I have a school age child living with me that I have to take to & from school, so I cant leave my vehicle at the repair for days. So Please, if there is any info. you know that will help me to deal with fixing the P0013 code, that I can do myself & it not be expensive, Please Please let me know.

Initially, this bulb reported problems with the carburetor, but now that cars are equipped with full-fledged onboard computers, the message can indicate various malfunctions. I am aware of the following reasons for the "check engine" error: the fuel tank cap is open, filled with bad gasoline, low oil level, there are problems with the fuel pump or grid in the tank, you have dirty injectors, high voltage, wires or coils are faulty, there is a problem with spark plugs, lack of spark in one of the cylinders, catalyst breakdown and much more. You should check all these points.
