How can I bypass the fuel temperature sensor?

The vehicle accelerator quit working suddenly while on the highway. The code is P0180. There are no obvious defects to the wiring or contacts. I want to bridge connections on the car side of the connector to eliminate the open condition preventing fuel flow.

Vehicle: 1997 Nissan Sentra GXE
