2002 Ford Escape 3.0L AWD with codes P0750 and P0755

Question

2002 Ford Escape 3.0L AWD. Getting codes P0750 and P755. Just changed the torque converter. I am now pumping Fluid. Found a blown gasket in the valve body. Changed gasket. How do I test solenoids A and B

P0750 Shift solenoid "A" malfunction

P0755 Shift solenoid "B" malfunction

Replace the solenoid, if you test it without a breakout box, the solenoid will pass with flying colors and the code will still be there.
