2007 Dodge Magnum SXT with engine code P2017. Can O2 sensor(s) cause this DTC?

Question

2007 Dodge Magnum SXT 3.5L HO VIN V
Vehicle displaying P2017, P2077, P2078
P2017 - Occurs during closed loop operation. ECU Voltage =13.8

Have had PCM updated within last two months at dealer.
Have replaced MTV and SRV solenoids (genuine Mopar) within last month.
Have:
(K136) MTV CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
(K136) MTV CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
(K136) MTV CONTROL CIRCUIT OPEN OR HIGH RESISTANCE
(Z816) GROUND CIRCUIT OPEN OR HIGH RESISTANCE

All tests passed.

P2017 Short runner valve (SRV) position sensor circuit high

P2077 Intake manifold tunning valve position sensor circuit low

P2078 Intake manifold tuning valve position sensor circuit high

No, the 02 sensor can not be the cause for this code. The SRV operates at WOT (wide open throttle) this maximize the engine perfromance.when the solenoid s actvated the PCM looks for current spike if it does not see it it set the code. When you get a circuit high code this is a disconnection of the sensor connection , make sure the connection is seated.

 When it comes to the short runner valve, what usually set P2017 is the intake runner gets jamed. and in return causes the SRV to fail completely.
