Car stalled, won't start. Replaced battery and starter. Problem continues.

Rule out a mechanical condition, such as is there fuel pressure and is there a spark igntion that is occuring.

 Here a timing belt that slipped which cause the no start condition, check and rule out any mechanical condtion that may be the cause.
