On my 2008 Ford Mustang the P0745 appear after electrical short between battery and body

P0745 code appears in my 2008 Ford Mustang 4.0L V6 after the short circuit happen between the body and the (+) in the battery, as soon as this code appear the car doesn't move when I move the shaft on D,1, or 2 gear, but when increasing the RPM to around 3000 RPM the car move like its jump. I have changed the solenoid block but the problem is still as it is.

When you increase the RPM it moves like it jumps, you have low transmission hydraulic pressure.low hydraulic transmission pressure will set a P0745 rebuilt the transmission. or replace
