i have a code p0134 and p0134pd what does pd mean and how can i fix it?

1997 Cedillac el dorado have all codes for all four o2 sensors replaced all four, now i get all the codes again and a duplicate with a "pd". any help? a smog specialist ran a diagnostic and said the sensors have no ground so i grounded them to the chasis and all codes say no activity detected for all four sensors. as well as the "pd"

Check the O2 sensor fuses. If the fuses are OK, then you may have a faulty powertrain control module (PCM)
