Question

2001 I30 Infiniti - P0134 & p0134pd codes. Both O2 sensors new, new MAF, new spark plugs. No power from idle only. Once it goes, normal power. Any ideas? Someone said fuse, i didn't locate any fuses with O2 listed.  Kevin
