P0016 KIA - what and where is bank 1 sensor A? Kia Optima 2008 Ex 2.4L?

Changed all 3 sensors- cam, crank. VVT. Still dies at idle, run rough. & dies. What else could it be

Hi there,

This could be a problem with the mechanical timing as well as an issue with the wiring from the vvt solenoid to the computer. Since you still have the code and with the running issue, I would do a compression test to see if the car jumped time.
