P0302 Saturn Vue 3.6 AWD. replaced all plugs and a coil and mass air flow sensor. lights still on.

Service stabilitrack, service traction control, engine symbol, all three lights are on almost all the time.

In this case I would try swapping the #2 fuel injector with the one next to it, if the misfire moves with the injector then you know it's the problem. If not, then I would next do a compression test on the engine to look for an internal issue.
