2001 e39 4.4 with Dinan modifications to engine, transmission, intake, and exhaust.

Replaced the bank sensor and checked all connections. Engine exhibits no signs of poor start
or running nor stalling but light still occasionally comes on.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Hi there,

Since changing the sensor and checking the wiring hasn't solved the issue, it's possible there's an issue with the start motor. Here is some more info for you.
