Need help I changed both sensors in my 2003 Saturn ion 3 codes are p0031,p0037,p0135,p0141

Question

I have a 2003 Saturn ion 3 and check engine light is on codes are p0031,p0037,p0135,p0141, I changed both O2 sensors. I erase the codes and drove it a few mile, then light did not come on, got home turned car off and back on the engine light turns back on?

P0031 H02S heater control circuit voltage low

P0037 H02S heater control circuit voltage low

P0135 H02S heater circuit malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 1

P0141 H02S heater circuit malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 2

P0031 and P0037 if either one of these code occur the other will set with it, Its always sets together. These oxygen sensor are heater fuse protected, if a heater circuit of the oxygen sensor shorts out it would open the ERLS fuse. Check that fuse listed in the engine fuse / relay box as ERLS which is fuse # 10 listed as a 10 amp fuse replace if open .
