This code basically is a pressure sensor code. It's showing a lack of pressure, this happens when the evap system has a gross leak. So, I would start by checking the vent control valve and make sure it's working. If it's working, then a smoke test would be the next thing to do. If there isn't a leak, then the pressure sensor is the likely culprit.
