1998 Toyota Tacoma 2.4L with engine codes P0302 and P0160

Question

The engine runs perfectly when started cold for 3 p- 5 min, then cylinder 2 starts misfiring. I already changed the plug and wire. what is the cause of this issue?

P0302 Misfire number 2 cylinder

When the engine is cold more fuel is added and the RPM are little bit higher untill operating temperature is reached. either 2 event occur when at operating temperture, the fuel injector is not operating properly or there is a mechanical condition with the number 2 cylinder , the best approach is to do a leak down test on the 2 cylinder, not a compression test . if the leak down test is good, swap the coils see if the misfire moves.
