Its cutting out going up hills, when I let off the gas it seems to pickup a little. Is this the issue?

Hi there,

This code is for the purge control solenoid. It's an emissions code and it shouldn't cause any running issues. I would check the fuel pressure and the possibility of a plugged catalytic converter.
