2003 Toyota Tundra Code P0031

Question

Code P0031 came on installed both #1 #2 02 sensor codes wit off for 2 days came back on giving me the same codes again took them back off installed a new set light wit off 2 days later came back on saying low heater same problem again what's the problem now please help.

This indicates a possible problem with the heater circuit wiring, a blow O2 sensor fuse under the hood, or a problem with the computer itself. I would check fuses first.
