P0171 Infiniti I30

Question

Just bought early 2000's Infiniti I30 with 50k miles - within 1300 miles of driving Engine Error code P0171 was diagnosed. Any idea on cause and or cost to fix.

The Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor is one the most common causes for that code, but before replacing the sensor, make sure the air filter and MAF are clean and that there are no exhuast or intake leaks.
