it reads code P1464 and it has died on me 3 times already

Vehicle: 1997 ford exlporer 4.0l

Hi there,

The code is for the constant control relay and the ecm. What I see the most is the junction box (fuse box) nder the dash fails and needs to be replaced due to moisture
