P0700 Mercedes-Benz -

Question

My car is a 98ml320 and it have a problem where driving it to work and from work is ok but if I have to go anywhere wile the engine is still hot it will just stay in first and won't shift, but after park for few hours it's ok, in winter when temps is below 40f its ok.

Car have 315k mls
