Question

trans does not slip. Dealer wants to sell me a trans rebuild. This does not sound right to me. Is that norm.

This code is for the torque converter solenoid. It's possible low or dirty transmission fluid is causing the issue, or it could be the solenoid, the wiring or the torque converter itself causing the problem.
