My 2500 ram acts up speedometer acts up jumps around doesn't shift right u can stop turn key off and on 3 times reset throttle and does fine for a while useallsy next day

The P0700 code means there is a transmission code stored in the TCM. Based on the symptoms it's likely an issue wth the vehicle speed sensor or VSS. This could also be a problem with the throttle position sensor, but seems like the speed sensor. If the truck doesn't know how fast it's going it will cause shifting issues.
