P0672 GMC - 2006 ford f-350 could this cause total loss of power to the engine

Question

We were pulling our horse trailer and hit a dip in the road at approx 25 mph and lost total power. It was as though the truck turned off. Upon attempting restart, the engine would crank freely at a faster than normal rpm, but makes no attempt to start. Only code P0672.

P0672 Cylinder 2 glow plug circuit

This code would not be the reason for the no start. especially since the engine is already warmed up. The Ford is equipt with a fuel inertia switch should be either at the driver side kick panel or passenger side kick panel, Reset the switch.
