I replace this Item Walker Catalytic Converter Direct-Fit Stainless Steel Each 55380

I replace the two oxygen sensors

And after that the lights keep coming on after I reset them.

Anytime the CK ENG LT comes on the VSC and ABS are diabled, the reason the vehicle is no longer operating at manufactuer specification. they do this for safety. Can you gather the codes that are set this would help determine what the cause for the CK ENG LT is for.
