vw touareg tdi 2010 dtc p205b,what does this code mean ?

Question

what does dtc p205b mean and is there a solution? the check engine light is on as well,
i lost power while driving down the road,barley would pull a hill, stoped turned of engine, started
it back up and had power back like it was nothing,
what could this be?
