ENGIN CODES

Question

i LOOKING AT PURCHASING A 2009 dodge avenger, BUT I HAD A TECH CHECK THE ENGINE LIGHT AND 3 codes came up P2004, P0513 AND P2017, CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT THESE CODES MEAN?

P2004 Intake manifold runner stuck open

P0513 Invalid skim key

P2017 Intake manifold runner position sensor circuit high

When you have a P2017 and a P2004 together  this may just be more that needing a intake manifold runner, you may alos need a intake manifold. just putting on the intake manifold runner with a stuck open runner would ruin the new part. P0513 does the vehicle even start? If this vehicle does not start the PCM may not even be for the car.have the VIN check with the scan tool to see if the VIN in the PCM  matches the the vehicles VIN
