P2196 Ford -miss fire

Just change plugs and coil packs on a 04 f150 and truck miss fire is worse than before one of the old plugs had part of the electrode missing . Truck ran great for 2 miles and started missing

Vehicle: 04 Ford F-150 , 5.4 3 valve

P2196 - 02 sensor signal stuck rich

Ran great for 2 miles then started missing, look for any disconnecte vacuum lines , or any disconnected ignition coil wire and this includes the fuel injector connector,
