My Diesel SAAB 93 Airflow 2007 model has code p2249 after changing EGR and Airmass flow sensor, and it won't start. After googling the code, I found it referred to O2 Sensor Reference Voltage Circuit Low bank2 Sensor1. Please, kindly advise what is Voltage Circuit Low Bank 2 Sensor1.
