P1135 2001 Toyota Camry -

Question

My service station cannot remove the "bad" sensor (near manifold). He told me if he put too much pressure on it, all other pieces would break and then it would be an 8-hour job.
He said the bad sensor was stuck to the manifold. DOn't know if he used a solvent, etc.

He told me my car will not pass inspection with this P1135 code.

I don't know where to go?
