We started with the battery because we have had to jump start a few times over the year if it sat too long. After jump starting and driving home the check engine light came on. At idle the air bag and other lights came on. On the drive home noticed the the RPM's were too high for the speed I was going. Replaced the battery and drove it all day to run errands without any problems. Stopped for gas and had to jump start same problems as the day before. Husband changed out the Alt. On start up battery light came on and Alternator workshop along with airbag and other warning lights. Headlamps dim, radio played and then shut off, dash lights flickered, door locks sounding like they are locking/unlocking. Put battery on the charger overnight.
This is so frustrating!
