2004 Pontiac GTO Code C0035 and U1096

2004 pontiac gtp c0035 wheel speed sensor .i changed both front wheel bearings new,still the same ,abs ,traction and service brake light on,my scanner says ipc malfunction,not picking it up from pcm,what would u do first,i checked wire harness,looks good,would it be ecm brake module ?car brakes g
