i have a 2002 dodge intrepid and the codes read p0562 and p0700 what does that mean

My battery is good but Alternater is bad could that be the problem

P0562 This is a code for low battery voltage.

POSSIBLE CAUSES 

 

• Intermittent condition
• B+ circuit high resistance
• Generator ground high resistance
• Generator operation
• Generator field ground circuit open
• Generator field control circuit shorted to ground
• Generator field control circuit open
• PCM

P0700 code is basically a code used by the PCM to let you know there is a code stored in the transmission control computer. You have to scan the TCM to find out what code is causing the light to come on.
