P0108 Jeep -im getting 10.5 volts at map

Engine sputters and stalls. Tried replacing all related sensors and still does it. Could it be the ecm or maybe cat??

It is possible it is the ECM causing the issue since replacing the sensor did not resolve the issue. Here is some more info for you.
