Question

the engine refused to start
Traction & staibality contorl is of
the dashboard (speed & rmb meters including fuel & heat indicators) are flashing on & off.
the Transmission ligte on the dashboard is flashing

Hi there,

This code means there is a complete loss of communication with the modules and the ecm. This is not something you can diagnose witthout a scan tool.
