i have a 2003 CTS that seems to always have the same issue occur. The Throttle Body wont seem to remain "Learned" . The car throws an error code P2176C every 2-3 months. I have used manual methods in the past but yet still comes back. Is there a way to have a manual way to "Re-Learn" the throttle body once and for good?? Any help would be appreciated at this point.

P2176 ECM cannot detect mnimum throttle position

Every 2-3 months, there is no way to relearn the throttle body once for all. You have a fault TPS sensor which is part of the throttle body unit.
