P2563 Turbocharger boost control position sensor performance

Your going to have to replace the sensor just for start, then you apply the TSB # 09-06-93-003C, what this requires you to do is replace the turbo vane position sensor and cut a square section,

 On the engine cover you , a square is cut out, and reinstalled with reflective tape for protection
