Defect gromit missing in aircondiioner so floods floor Manufacturer defect how can i get it paid for

Dealership for Mitsubishi said it was a manufacturer defect.They forgot to put gromit in.
Need number to who can help me with this if you can't.I Believe that they should pay for it to be put in.Floor board is going to end up ructing away from this.
