P0700 SATURN - check for tcm codes

Question

Got the code on my '04 ion,after warm-up, trans won't engage in drive, and when manualy shifted, shifts hard. Saw statement to check for more more TCM codes, how?

Hi there

The P0700 code does mean there are more codes in the transmission control module. To access those codes you need a scan tool that can communicate with the TCM. A code reader doesn't have this function.
