hyundai santa fe 2004 cdri 4WD code P1183 trouble

Hi there, I am hoping someone might be able to me. My hyundai santa fe keeps cutting out when driving as soon as it hits 3000-4000 rpm. My mechanic is at his wits end to why this keeps happening. So far we have done the injectors, fuel pressure regulator, fuel hoses, checked the fuel pump and filter, fuel relay switch, crank sensor, looked for any cracks and leaks and still this code P1183 keeps coming up and the car dies. Has any one had this problem and if so how did they fix it.
