I got the engine codes P0742 and P0741 shown on my 2002 Pontiac Sunfire. The car will barely move

P0741 Torque converter clutch performance stuck off

P0742 Torque converter clutch circuit stuck on

Both these codes, check the transmission fluid level. If the transmission fluid level is correct, this is an internal transmission condition, will a replacement or rebuild of the transmission be needed
