This code is for the evap system pressure sensor. This code appears when the pressure sensor voltage doesn't change for a long period of time. Normally this isn't a result of the sensor itself, but some other part of the evap system causing the issue Most of the time it can be a bad vent control valve or a purge control valve causing the problem.

I would start by testing those to see if they are the actual problem.
