41 No distributor refference signal

This can also be a false code set,if there is no acuum to the MAP sensor. If you just replaced the ICM somehow the reffernce voltage signal is lost, make sure the timing connector is no in the bypass mode. clear the code , ensure the ICM connection are good and retest.
