P1000 Ford -

Question

When I changed the EGR yesterday
The DTC of P1000 appeared with vibration same as the vibration of coil problem.

The battary is new

How can I fix and remove this code ??

Pleas help me as soon as possible.

This code means the computer hasn't done a complete diagnosis cycle. Most often all that's required is driving the car. Here is some more info for you.
