P0420 Chrysler - 2005 Pacifica

Just had the cat & both sensors replaced. light came on again. Now what ??

P0420 Catalytic below threshold Bank 1

Any prior exhaust leak to the catalytic converor especially the flex pipe.

 The Pacifica has a flex pipe if that are has a exhaust leak it surely set a P0420.
