I have a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica that is giving the trouble code U0155.

The vehicle runs fine until you turn on the wipers and then all controls go haywire and once you put the car in park you can no longer put it back in drive and says the car has been disabled. We let it sit overnight. Drove it home and pulled in the driveway and turned the wipers on again and it did the same crazy thing. Also, the fuse for the wiper Hi/Lo relay ticks like a time bomb. The ticking stops when we remove the fuse.
