My 03 lesabre has a misfire on the no1 cylinder

I'm not getting spark from the coil I change it out and still no spark any help would be appreciated thanks on advance

No spark from the ignition coil. To help determine if the problem is either the sparkplug wires, or the igntion coil, At the igntion coil , leave a air gap just enough for the secondary spark to jump from the igntion coil tower to the sparkplug, if there is no spark replace the igntion control module, if there is spark, sparkplug wire and sparkplugs will need to be furthered investgated
